See How We Helped a Small Business Like Ventworks LLC Stand Out
Ventworks is a small business that cleans air ducts and dryer vents across southwest Ohio. They do excellent work, but their old website made that hard for potential customers to see.
We rebuilt the site around the questions potential customers ask when searching for a service like theirs, while making the information they need before requesting service easy to find.
Each service they provide is explained clearly for customers, Google, and AI search tools. Visitors can see photos of completed jobs, find reviews that link back to their original source, check whether their county is covered, and request service from a phone, tablet, or desktop.
We built dedicated service pages, a custom review section, an interactive county service-area map, privacy and terms pages, technical SEO, and email notifications when a new lead comes in.
Small Business Website Help
Why Your Business Matters To Me
I started To You Media after a close friend told me about all the problems he was having with his website provider. Poor customer service, a badly built template site, leftover template wording, hundreds of generic blog posts he never asked for. He was paying too much for a website that was doing very little for his business.
I had worked in marketing years earlier, so I did what any friend would do and started brushing up on my website design skills to help him fix it. That project eventually became To You Media.
I want small business owners to have a more sensible option.
Whether you need a simple starter website, a larger site, help improving what you already have, or you are not even sure a website is the right answer yet, I will walk you through the options that make sense before you spend time or money.
Your website should be built around your business and the people you want to reach. That means looking at how customers find you, what they need to know before choosing you, the words they use when searching for what you provide, and making sure Google and AI search tools can clearly understand what your business does.
I am not here to sell you the biggest or most complicated website I can. I want to help you build what your business actually needs. If there is a simpler or less expensive way to solve the problem, I will tell you.
